V-wager told me that 2X was for the regular 10% bonus but the 20% bonus is 4X.

20% at Players Superbook with 2x. Says that in writing on the site. Should be same for V-Wager.

nope why not,

here it is from there site

All bonus money and promotional money is credited immediately (pagers and/or cell phones shipped immediately), but are yours to keep only after you have wagered your deposit amount, bonus amount, and transfer fee amount two times and actively wagered for a minimum of 30 days from each deposit. Otherwise, bonus amounts, transfer fee amounts, promotional amounts, and/or pager and cell phone costs will be deducted from your account prior to any withdrawal being processed.

V-wager is a good option , instead of making an intrigue why don't you give them a call and negotiate the bonus??

All good choices above, but I would also try and get $500 into Skybook as soon as possible for their 10% bonus and free half points.

A must have IMO.
