im sure he will fix the problem when he comes back, but the point is, can these people operate without him?

i rather not post details i'll give them a chance to fix it

however the point is that their customer service is lacking in knowledge and can't seem to operate without the assistance of wally

i mean i love their book, but their customer service makes me not want to play there
