Equality, parity whatever you want to call it, it blows. Tonight we saw an eliminated team, Minnesota, hand it to a team, thats all but mathematically out, in essence a team playing for their lives. But were they? It looked more like Dal knew they were not going to get there, trailing GB, Det, and Car., for the last wc slot, accepted their fate, and flipped off their fans, and those folks who bet on them. Down 8, even the announcers were saying, "you'd think they'd try something downfield", instead of a menu of check downs.
Eliminated road team, Minnesota., facing a team that needed this game to have a chance to move into platoffs. If Dal was wearing purple, it would have made more sense.
