well i listened to wagerline again...and covers.com....took 1000 on yanks to win 333.......and they have lost the game...what a sucker i am again

remember last year when the yanks went to kc and got swept in a 4 game series? i do...because i lost every bet on that series taking the yankees.....



it always seems the worst teams will beat the best teams...every time...well the season just started and i am already financially finished

You have been granted a rare gift!! A wonderful second chance! NEVER EVER NEVER pay that much for any team EVER!! I wouldn't pay more than 1.55 or so, but others think a little more and some think a little less, but.....

At worst, if you have to play it, try the two team parlay to get the price within reason or HELL...play it for 300 to win 100, not 1k to win 3 if that would hurt you to lose.

Better to just never play that heavy a favorite and even the run-line was too expensive on this one. We were fortunate today. I just need Boston to finish out to complete my two-team parlay.

Please, don't ever think any team is a lock worth paying over 1.60 (or so) for.....at -1.80 and -2.00 or so you can play the run-line if you really feel strongly about the match-up!

In the past I have parlayed plays to NBA, college or NFL huge favorites on their money line. You have to feel comfortable that there is virtually no way the money line team will lose (like say Colts v. Titans) and that helps bring the line down to a manageable number. Downside is the Titans upset the Colts and you lose. There are a few huge NBA favorites tonight (Mia home Tor, SA home Sea, Mem home Minny, LAL home GS). Basically go NYY to Heat money line, doing that may even make the NYY money line palatable.
