You will become more disciplined!
Give it a serious shot you will thank me in a few months!
Agree 100% only one post with Everything that you are going to play for that day, win, lose, or draw..

You've `capped a late afternoon/early evening game and it looks like that as well is going your way. At this point, it looks like you should be up 3 units, so why not `cap the late nite game and play it for 1 unit?
Again, I won't speak for anyone else here but I'd like to think/believe/know I have some control over how many games I wager on. In the above example, you would be playing with house/book money and unless you do something really stupid (chase) even if you lose, you're still up for the night.
Lastly, keeping to a money management system will benefit you (imo) in the long run.

I do add plays for several reasons. Sometimes I feel like the line later on in the day for my bets will be better than they are on the overnights.
I also believe in being hot and cold. If I start off the day 2-0, I tend to feel good about myself and bet other games.
I rarely ever add plays if I start off 0-2. I dont chase when I lose, but sometimes I press when I win.

If I read your post right, you're saying you'd stop for the day - I have no problem with that but as for myself, if I get on a roll, I will play the later game(s) at an amount that should they not win I'd still be cash positive at night's end.
