For 1st half lines,

I saw Sacramento +3 (+105) at SKYBOOK
I saw Seattle -2.5 (-117) at Hollywood

I was ABOUT to put in a dime on both sides and hope for a halftime spread of 3. It would have cost me $120 to win $1,000. Then I figure 8 to 1 is too low a price, so I wait for one of the books to move their vig. It never happens, so I don't hit it - and BINGO, the halftime score is Seattle by 3.

In hindsight, I just gave away a dime, but was wondering if I did the right thing.

12 cents is way too much, not worth more than 7 cents IMO. If skybook had +105 that means II had +108...but 9 cents is still too much.
I saw some 2.5's and 3's yesterday but nothing worth it I do have 5 to 6 for the game.

Cincy, I believe you did good long-term pulling away from this one. Sure it sucks now, but youve got to think long-term.

The only thing wrong is it hit. I wouldn't have played it ! It may have small value, but not huge. I think the lines were both fair. 12 cents for a half-point on a half seems about right, maybe a little cheap, but close. I don't think you missed a great deal.

Yep! Landed 4 because collision taps the ball away instead of just grabbing it.

I'd do it for 7 cents ! Half points are worth more on a half. 12 cents is kind of a wash, IMO.You need a database guy to analize it's value. Brewers 7 comes to mind, and a guy called Dreamer ( not sure if he posts here).Fezzik may have insight also, if he sees this.

You didn't miss a great side, but others can give tighter numbers, I'm more basic rule of thumb guy, the big problem is hit this partiular time, you needto get past that issue.

That was fast Fez. I've learned a bit from you, enough to know the 7 cents is a bet and the 12 cents is questionable.
