After, you've called your neighbor a liar without any evidence you should then get the other neighbors together for a vote to "show their cards" on whether they should be invaded & attacked. The night before the vote you should wire tap all the other neighbors, bribe the poor ones & then call the vote off because the local minister threatened to veto your attack. You will now need to act quickly because your neighbors will start to think you are a war raging lunatic. Here's what you should do - forge some receipts indicating that your neighbor bought a BB gun & present this at your emergency family meeting as "evidence". Your familiy will think you're a hero, while the neighborhood mocks & despises you, but don't let that crush your spirits because you are a soveign home owner.
