your entitled to your opinion and disagree with you but the BIG 10 is way better than the ACC hands down thats for sure and thats what I trying to get across with this thread.
who impressed you from the Big 10 today? only one team (Northwestern) beat the spread and Syracuse really sucks, granted Indiana pushed. I am not saying this may not be true througout the season, but you have to admit the Big 10 did not exactly blow the doors off the Division I opponents the first week.
The truth is that there are only two really strong BCS conferences this year: Big 12 and SEC. Pac 10 is in third place imo. the Big 10, Big East and ACC are all down this season.
I agree with your statement but why isnt the ACC and BIG East getting blasted more as all Im saying in the media for being weak thats all.

I agree with you they do get blasted but there is a reason. They dont send a team to the title game every year thats why. People are tired of seeing OSU play the weak as division schedule and go to the title game. If ACC and Big east was sending a team to the championship game they would get blasted to. Also big ten was worse than both of these divisions just last year so pump your brakes. I agree Big East and ACC are the worst to BCS diviaions by far.
?
2007
OSU > Virginia Tech
Illinois > BC
Wisconsin = Clemson?
Michigan > Wake Forest
Penn State > Virginia
Michigan State = Florida State
2006
OSU > Wake Forest
Michigan > Virginia Tech
Wisconsin > Clemson
Penn State > Georgia Tech
etc.
etc.
etc.
Not sure where the ACC was better in 07 or 06?

2 loses and all of a sudden they forgot how to play football. OSU was a dropped Ryan Hamby pass, wide open if you recall, from beating Texas. They have 5 losses in the past 3 seasons to 3 National Champions, #3 finisher in PSU and #20 in Illinois last year.
During that span Florida lost Michigan and 3 other games last season, barely survived a handful of games in 2006. USC lost to Stanford, Oregon State and UCLA, also Oregon and Texas as they are equal with OSU in least losses in the past 3 years.
I agree the SEC is clearly the best followed by Big 12, Pac 10, Big 10, Big East, and ACC.
Also, Oklahoma has sucked in the past 4 BCS games, haven't heard much about them being overrated. They also lost by 28 in the Big 12 title game. by 36 in the National Title and by 20+ last season vs WVU.
I am not trying to say the Big 10 is good right now, but the SEC is made out to be GOD, and somehow they have gone 4-2 vs the Big 10, instead of 6-0 the past 2 seasons.
Hold on here. Im A Big Blue fan. So Im a big ten supporter to. But the question was why do the big ten gets trashed in the press. The answer is we keep sending the same team to the ship and they keep getting their ass kicked. Not to mention the division has basically has had two or three teams that were good at a time most of the time. Illinois has taken michigan spot. Now its Illinois, OSU and Penn st. Yes I do believe programs like Northwestern and Indiana are on the rise. But thats about it.
