Thats not true. Houston is below sea level. And if it hits around Port Aurther which is also below sea level. Thats the location some of the worlds largest oil refineries.

I would say what does it have to do with Gaza? If you want to suggest that it's due to global warming and Bush's policies have made that worse, that's at least plausible. But making a connection between hurricanes and Gaza policy is nonsensical obviously.
