They touched on the scandals, but Coach K said he didn't cheat, and a guy on the NCAA investigation committee said that if he had a kid, he'd want him to play for Jimmy V. He was far from perfect as we all are, but he was a special person. And his players loved him, probably as much as the UCLA guys loved John Wooden. Tears streamed down from my eyes during this movie, especially when Whittenberg broke down reflecting on how he still can't believe Jimmy is not here anymore. I think he was one of a select few that really have a life relationship with their players. I have a good friend that played on a Div 1 scholarship and his experience was sure nothing like this.
The one about Marcus Dupree was my favorite until this one. This one is the best.
