I'm in the industry, if you pay more than 14.95 for a 3 foot high def HDMI cable, you got rocks in your head.

As always: If someone truly values that thing more than anything else in the world they else in the world they could do with that money, it is priced exactly right. And if they don't value it that much, they won't buy it

My cousin just bought a wedding for around $100 000 this weekend. If that is the correct figure, that would be about $99 000 more overpriced than the wire in my mind (honeymoon is extra)

Bellissima Pizza - New York. There's nothing special about the sauce or the crust. This pizza earns its $1,000 price tag with its toppings. Nino's in New York loads down this pie with caviar and fresh Maine lobster. There's also some salmon roe and a little wasabi.

at least the wire wont come out of you ass in a few hours....

Best Buy's business model is to sell laptops, tv's, etc. at little or no profit, using them as loss leaders. Then they try to strong arm people into their extended warranties and sell them very overpriced accessories for the unit. Never buy cables or anything else at Best Buy. Get them online or something.
