No matter how many times I try, I never actually walk away AHEAD. When I do go AHEAD I still play the same...but always come out of it UNDER.

Why does it have to be such a fun game to play...I'm going to have to stick to play money on PokerStars

Wow. Two similar posts back to back. I figured this forum would be full of poker winners.

Read books. Read the poker forums - twoplustwo.com was a good one (I haven't been there in a while). See how other people play hands and how everyone critiques the play. Look at your own hand history, and pinpoint where you went wrong, so you can fix it.

In all honesty buddy, check out some books. I'd highly recomend Harrington on Holdem. He really takes you inside of hands and situations. Very good read. Holdem is a game of patience. Not good for an action junky. Not saying that you are one, just making a general statement. Can be very boring at times.
