You can trust me on this, being a former twelve pack killer!!! Drink at least two bottles of water with your beer and you will not have any hang over at all. Only thing you may have is being a little bit blotted the next morning, but i prefer that any day over a hang over... I normally buy my last bottle of water and drink it on the way out of the last hole i am at...It worked for me while i was drinking beer and it still works now that i only do liquor (grey goose to be exact)
But dont do tylenol or any of that crap...Trust me, that shit will rip up your stomach and guts!!!! (the headache will be gone fine but that shit does long term damage to you....I found this out from my doctor about 3 months ago and i have never touched that shit again!)
