i played with a big sportsbook for years now. back in april i blew my balance. after that i made some deposits of some thousands but never a withdrawal. this week i made a deposit again and requested a withdrawal of just 1k.
their reply was:
An audit on your account showed that on the morning of April 22, you placed a 1500 wager on the internet on the Laker's moneyline that was not deducted from the balance in your account. Thus, you had action on the bet, but it was never paid for. Subsequently, that extra 1500 was used up on other wagers later than same day. We need to resolve this issue before we can process the withdrawal request from your account.
i requested the log and it says:
Apr 22 2003 32305823 Internet Wager Placed debit 500.00
( i guess he meant another one because this is for 500 and clearly went off my account)
Maybe he is talking about this
Apr 22 7:13am Basketball - Loss 1500.00 to win 1071.43 -1500.00
1. Basketball - Los Angeles Lakers - moneyline (1.71)
for the entire game held on Apr 22 at 8:35pm [loss]
but even that went off
Apr 22 2003 32319055 Internet Wager Placed debit 1,500.00
Now they are telling me by the end of that day my balance should have been -1500 and not 0
Is this a ****ing joke? My balance was never in the - at least it was 0. then how comes that even after that day i made deposits and they never mentioned the case. the first time they did it was this week. i even had 3800 on my account earlier this week and they did not mention it. they first did it when i asked for the withdrawal. i mean how should i tell them after that period that they are wrong and show it to them? They never ever noticed me about this stuff. Did you have such problems as well? I can not imagine that the software of this no 1 book makes a mistake. What do you think. Despite that whenever there are disputes we players have to notify the management within 2 weeks. how about the other way around?
