What I liked most about 5dimes and what I like least about other houses is the wager options, specifically money line and live wagers
looks like Bovada is every bit as good as 5dimes, who's customer service has always been lacking

Like you, I love (loved) 5dimes. Went on a great run last year and gradually saw the payout methods decline and become shaky. Got every penny out eventually. I've read all the commotion in the last 8 months or so and, although I've religiously supported 5dimes b/c they've always treated me great and come through on everything, .... I have to recognize that where there's smoke, there's fire.
I'm not an insider and not Tony himself, so I have no idea what's going on. (Tony was professional and respectful with me) So whether it's a transition in the industry, temporary problem with the book.... I can't comment on any of that.
But all that negative pub put me off of them for a while. I'll give them a try again in the next month or so..... b/c, honestly, they've got the most delicious betting options around.
With regards to your particular post, I wouldn't take any of that personally. Things are as they are. Once you get the hang of btc, you'll love it.
In the end, any book (no matter who they are) are only as good as their last payout. That is the ultimate litmus test. Once the payments stop coming, that is what determines the real deal. As far I've heard, the 5dimes payments keep going out... although some less fast and only for specific methods.
