KANSAS ST -18 kansas
Kansas State…not great. They haven’t covered this spread yet. But they haven’t played the likes of the Jayhawks yet. Les Miles is batshit crazy, and Kansas has only covered this spread in one of their games. When they have played teams as good as Kansas State they have lost by an average of 28 points. Their defense is just deplorable, coughing up 42.5 points per game. 18 is a lot of points, but seems like a fair bet here. Rock Chalk no Jayhawk. Give me the Cats.

Texas Tech played maybe the 2 toughest defenses in KSU and ISU back to back. They also lost to a more talented team. I think TTU gets the outright win, but taking the +3.5 is even better.

Fading me is probably a profitable strategy...BOL this week

SDSU -14 unlv

The Aztecs are badass....the Rebs are just plain old ass. Loving San Diego State coming out of the gate. They were fantastic last year and I am looking for their momentum to continue as they play some terrific defense for a Mountain West Squad....UNLV will not score more than 10 points...laying the wood on SDSU.

Air force -6.5 SAN JOSE ST
San Jose State has yet to play this season, and they were a mediocre 5-7 last season. We did get a glimpse of the Falcons, who went 11-2 last season, as they destroyed Navy 40-7 this year. I don’t think San Jose State is much better than Navy and Air Force looks to be better than they were last year. Air Force beat the Spartans by 17 last season so this year’s line looks skinny to me, especially with the Spartans QB who hasn't popped his cherry yet. Up up and away for the Air Force as they bomb San Jose State.

TROY -1.5 georgia State

Troy is home and is ranked higher in the Massey Composite. Georgia State is giving up 40.7 points per game. That’s not particularly good. They lost to an Arkansas State team that is not better than Troy. Troy isn’t a strong team, but when they played teams with about the same power rating as Georgia State (Texas State and MTSU) they came away with an average victory margin of 27 points. The Troy defense is only giving up 27 points per game. They are also home. That’s enough of an edge to win this game. Strapping on the Trojans for a good pounding.

Mtsu -1 RICE

MTSU has played 6 times this year and are terrible. Rice is also terrible but hasn't played yet at all. The Blue Raiders tackling will be better and that will be the difference. Of course this game will be unwatchable but if it takes me to the pay window, who gives a fuck? Blue Raiders for the money.

MTSU has played 6 times this year and are terrible. Rice is also terrible but hasn't played yet at all. The Blue Raiders tackling will be better and that will be the difference.
