why didnt the dumbass roll down the window and puke out of it. granted still have to get car washed but way cheaper and dont have puke baking in the car in the summer. he should pay the full bill too lazy to puke out the window i am too lazy to help you out.

Confusing thread here, but here is my take......

whoever owned the car pays for it to be cleaned (or just man up and clean it yourself)... pretty simple really.

If it is a limo and there was a charge, then whoever puked pays. ( and make sure to never use that limo company again)

Whoever owns the car should pay even if they weren't the ones that puked? Not so fast says Dikembe.

Whoever puked should pay the entire bill.

Will have to agree to disagree. If it was my car and I wanted it cleaned, I would pay for it myself. In fact if my friend tried to pay, I would refuse him. In my opinion, you do what you can for friends and dont get petty.

I think it depends on what you had eaten.

If all that came out was some salad and a little fruit, you shouldn't have to pay. But if you blew chuncks of pork and beans and spare ribs all over his car, then consider 65 dollars a bargin.
