Don't be so sure...Clausen is looking a little better each week. And Notre Dame plays good enough defense to make them competetive. Much better than the defenses that I've seen out of the rest of the PAC-10 so far.Notre Dame? Lets be serious here, they pose no threat to USC. Each of their conference games outside of Washington State would worry me more than Notre Dame.
USC's biggest tests this season will be Arizona State and Notre Dame.
Tougher than Stanford? Was this a joke? Both are not only home games for 'SC, but both QB's are also terribly overrated and not very mobile.
USC's toughest test this year just might be a trip to Tuscon on Oct 25th. Tuitama could give 'SC problems and we all remember what happened last year when Oregon played there.
Nobody knows for sure how good USC is yet..Neither Virginia or OSU had any offense to speak of. USC's biggest tests this season will be Arizona State and Notre Dame. I want to see how they handle a balanced offense with a decent QB. I expect USC to win both of those games. But let's see how good they look in doing it before we crown them kings of the world. If USC somehow gets taken out of the picture, at this point in the season I like Florida and OU.
