You sure this wasnt a home from west Virginia?

Much like most things in Michigan the market has seen it;s better days I am sure. But to be really honest with you the RE market hasnt dropped as much as other parts of the US because I dont think it had ever really seen a boom.

There was a big boom all along Lake Michigan from Chicagoans. That has slowed down too.

I wouldn't pay $1.75 to live in Saginaw.
