I guess all the ads on CNBC for Party Poker are starting to pay off!! It is like the offshore companies are saying lets advertise and force the USA to show their hand and then we will play our hand.

woody a driver license is not a valid age verification when a minor can use a computer using his fathers license.in a casino a 15 year old kid cant use his father license unless he looks 45.

My answer was based on non-fraudulent acts. In the case of fraud I imagine there might be problems if you win a seat to WSOP.

choptalk, this does nothing for online sportsbetting.you will never be able to bet on sports in the u.s. legally online except nevada.the group opposed to sports betting i.e. ncaa, pro league and anti-gaming nuts will choke any online gaming bill in court.this is why i believe the gaming companies in the u.s.,who are not poor have not tried to legalize online betting.

Age Verification for online players should NOT be a problem: YouBet.com and other US companies have to verify the players age to sign up and bet horses on line.
They have been in business for several years now and have heard no problems with that aspect of it.
