nah they all gonna be running home (already are) cause they "bought" houses they couldn't afford and the economy is going up

article i posted over on sell, sell, sell recently talks about somebody that bought a home around 300k in foreclosure central fixed it up and paid the 125k downpayment for a hispanic family who ended up taking out a 500k mortgage on the home from well fargo (total cost 625k for the house that in reality is worth 300k but at least the hispanic couple didn't have to put any money down!!)

hispanics whether legal or illegal that really have no clue and low on economic education.....really goosed up the housing markets

no wonder housing bubble central is out west, fl etc....

I don't care what he thinks about gambling tell me anybody who agrees with all candidates on all issues anyway.My #1 issue is Immigration

and the more sheep they can sheer the more the problems are allowed to build and the bigger the problems become when the party stops which in the end effects everybody including the non indebted taxpayer like me that didn't use homes as an ATM

you have an increase in population (that will run back home once all the incentives are gone, easy credit, welfare, health care) as well as a decrease in the intelligence of americans as whole....

the whole problem with america today is education and the stupidity of americans going through the roof.....regardless of what the powers that be are doing, pumping money into the system creating vast amounts of credit....they can't rape us if we are smart as a whole and don't take the bait....unfortunately as a whole we were a big bunch of morons and we are all about to be raped big time and facing a very gloomy economy

and the current immigration policy is a complete joke

i'm not against immigration we are a nation of immigrants but just gotta be a little more sensible about the whole thing....

post 9/11 they've made it very hard for people to stay legally i've known several intelligent bright people with PH.Ds. from abroad that would like to stay and would be extremely good for our economy but for one reason or another than can't stay legally

now on the other hand you got illegals that we want to hand amnesty to do "jobs that americans won't" hogwash that have a low level of education and will sign on the dotted line of 500k no money down loans

which of the above is gonna serve our national interest better over the long haul?
