Haven't watched but maybe a combined hour.. So I won't vote, but everything I've heard is its been awful.

I will say this .. The nba is just dominated by officiating.. All the commentators talk about, all the coaches talk about, flopping, whining, complaining, lobbying. Just ridiculous. And every game just look at the FTA in box score, and there's your winner.

The officials determined the outcome of the okl/clippers series by that display last night. From the tip till the buzzer....just awful

I don't like some of the flagrant foul calls. There was one in the OKC/Clippers game last night on Westbrook that was just a clean hard foul. I don't see how they can review, and watch it on tape, and still call some of those fouls flagrant. Let the men play basketball.

That call on Westbrook was terrible.

Officials determined a few outcomes so far as teams let things slip away in the meantime.. its been an entertaining playoffs beyond most years but the officials have messed up quite a bit.

The officiating in the NBA is the worst of any major sport. Way too many make up and misrepresentation of the rules calls. As in the out of bounds to OKC call that was really a foul "on second view." This is how the NBA works. You can bet your ass OKC won't get any calls in LA for game 6.

maybe silver put the word out that he wants his inaugural playoffs to be the most exciting playoffs in history. Game 7s, crazy comebacks, 4 point plays, racist owners, locker room brawls, etc.

I haven't watched much of this years playoffs. Brooklyn deserved to lose the game tonight but watching the last 9 secs maybe me realize this year is as bad as the last how many years. When a player blatantly gets slapped on the wrist and then to come back the next series and allow the chosen one to hand check the offensive player. If you are going to implement rules at least call them.

and the chosen one plowed Johnson with about 45 seconds left and the Nets still winning, totally knocking him backwards when he had the ball

Livingston also fouled in the closing seconds, as well as Pierce, not 1 free throw

in the meantime, the chosen one goes to the free throw if you violate the halo rule, and shoots more FT's himself than the entire NETS TEAM.

I sit there watching it thinking shit like this just can't be happening, but I've been thinking that for a long time

the worst officiating of any American sport, there's no close second. I think World Cup officials are bought and sold on a regular basis. They cheat and they don't give a shit.

That might be the worst butchering of a word I've seen since a coworker spelled "chaos" k-a-y-o-s.

But seriously, the officiating has been brutal. Just inexplicably bad.

Apparently some people are still allowed to hand check and body people. On the other end the minute you tap him he flops and gets fts. That last minute was brutal to watch but easily predictable.

Yes. How anyone can argue otherwise is beyond me. My favorite sport since I was a little kid. For as much good as Stern did marketing the game he ruined the purity of it. I hate the way the Nets play because they play as individuals and not a team but come on. You have the announcers saying what great defense on the last play preventing Johnson from getting any kind of rhythm. You can't establish rhythm when the defender is controlling you with his hand.

Doubledeuce22 and I have been posting for years on here that the NBA isn't on the up and up and people are finally starting to come around and realize this shit is one step above wrestling.
