I think some books used to grade this way...if there are co-winners at say +1100 and +800, you would pay both at half the amount...one at +550 and the other at +400....just like if there were co-champions in a college conference...
i would think that you should ATLEAST get 1/2, but that's still bullshit because he got MVP...pay out both is what should happen.
