How to watch sports on TV in foreign countries?

Does anybody know how I would be able to watch football on Sundays in Argentina? I'm planning on studying spanish abroad in 2012 for about a year and I want to know how I would be able to watch American sports on television? I like to watch the majority of the games I bet on! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
