Put your mouse pointer (cursor) on a picture, right-click and choose 'Properties' at the bottom of the list that appears.
Mid-way down on the 'Properties' pop-up screen, you'll see 'Address: (URL)'. You'll see an address that begins with 'http:'.
example: http://us.news2.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/p/net/20031006/capt.6921008.jpg
Now, put your mouse cursor at the beginning of the address text, which is 'http:', and now click and hold the LEFT mouse clicker down, moving it across the text until you have all of it highlighted - I find it easier to start at the end of the text and go to the first part.
Once the text for the address (or location) of your picture is highlighted, you'll need to cut and paste it:
1 - position your mouse cursor within any part of the highlighed area of the text, and right-click it - then choose 'Copy'
2 - in the Rx message area, which you should have gotten into by either posting a new topic or replying to a post, simply click on the 2nd-to-last icon (between the envelope and the '</>' icons), then right-click again and choose 'Paste' - you'll then have pasted the picture's location into the 'Image URL' so that the Rx can display your picture, as below - the address for this picture is the same as the one referenced above:
Try it using the picture I just posted.
Note: not all sites you see pictures at will allow the display of the image by the technique above - when that happens, you'll see a small square box and you'll know you're screwed, unless it's simply taking a little time for the image to download. Also, rarely the Rx has a general problem of displaying ALL images, but I haven't found that to be a problem.
