Sit it out and wait for science to come out with a cure like some genetic altering procedure.

Beer can be brutal, if you drink a lot, and drink the good stuff... Many craft/micros will easily be over 300 per 12oz. Drink 4, and that's already about 1/2 of what your caloric intake for the day should be.

You guys are nuts. No need to do crunches/and or ab workouts more than twice a week.

That's assuming you are working other parts and or doing a little cardio as well. But most people don't only work core and nothing else.
Once a week works for me-granted it's roughly 400-500 reps of various exercises.

Beers is fine, NO junk food, NO heavy servings of rice or potatoes, NO bread. Dp crunches and squats. I do 5 times a week at least 300-500 crunches a day, has worked like a charm. 2 months to see heavy results.

Brown rice is great for you.

Cheat on your wife. When she finds out and leaves you for your best friend, don't eat anything for 3 weeks. Worked like a charm for me.

Ummmm...no. Beer is not fine. It's the exact opposite of fine. Alcohol breaks down into sugar in your body. While it's being digested, it might as well be a Snickers bar for all your body knows.

Stop eating like a fat ass. : ) RUN and do sit ups/crunches. P90x could only help you, also. I watched guys lose 50-70 lbs in boot camp. (3 months) All we did was run, sit-ups, and pull ups.

Well, it turns how that alcohol breaking down into a form of sugar isn't correct.

You were taking in excess empty calories though. Your weight loss would have been greater had you not drank the beers. But more power to you for losing the weight without giving up something you love. I really like the taste of beer, but I've cut it out completely as it would be impossible to lose weight with those added calories.

Eat healthier and exercise. It's really that simple and there is no other way to do it.

I don't drink beer, I don't drink alcohol period. I don't over eat and I don't indulge in snacking either. I am not fat, but have inherited the family tree belly it seems.

I am not going to go do heavy intense exercising but would like to do some basics. How much would riding a stationary bike, jumping jacks and running in place do if anything?

Stationary Bike can do a lot, and it is good on your joint, knees, etc... But have to eat healthy with it. You shape your body in the kitchen.

I owe it to good DNA I guess, my dad was a motocross champion and my mom used to be a model, I mean I eat a lot, but I don't snack, and I eat healthy, I usually cook my meals (which consists of meat/chicken/fish cooked in wine or olive oil) and salad, big portions of both. I do excersise religiously, though this week I only did it 4 days instead of 5 and sinned in Burger King twice.

But every body is different, everybody's metabolism is different and what works for me might not work for DEAC. I drink beer 2 or 3 times a week, 6 or more a night, but eating healthy and working out are the main thing always.

p90x will whip the fattest ass into shredded shape.

But that is a HUGE commitment. You're talking about working out intense at least 2 hours a day or more. And there will be a lot of muscle strains/extreme soreness.

All it takes to lose some weight is watch what you eat and do some cardio.

Get rid of it? Hell I have been fine tuning it for years. You amateurs should know it ain't the size of your belly but the size of your wallet that matters!
