how to get around firewall from work? web based proxy?

Hi guys,

I remember a while back someone posted some information on proxy servers...I'm looking for a web based one as I need to access my sportsbook from work as I have a good soccer tip for today and need to check the lines!

Anyone know of any? Or know how to get around a firewall? Someone gave me a web based proxy (surferdefense.com), but that site has gone down and I desperately need another.
