How to change a light bulb?

I have a recessed light in my ceiling that just went out. The problem is my ceiling is 22 feet high and there is no where to lean a ladder.

Anyone with experience in dealing with this?

The problem is the way the light is situated, I can't lean a ladder and don't think I have enough room to open one as well.

I think what Ace suggested is best.
