How much will this extended down time hurt Carib?

I know that I will probably not me alone in pulling my funds from them as soon as Im able. Being down for this long and as often as they have recently is a very big inconveinence and certainly makes it not worth staying with them. Losing a good amount of customers is bound to hurt them and I wonder just how strong they are financially and if they can survive this. Getting the rep as a book who goes offline a lot is not something you want. They are going to have to convince me in some way to stay on with them this time.

I stopped using them over a month ago because of their down time. Getting used to using a particular book or books is just habit, once you move on to another and adjust, you normally end up liking the new book just as much or better.

Carib's problems started when they started tinkering with their software about 3 months ago and has been all down hill from their, I am worried the next step for them might be closure of post up.

Calling them is not an option for me.

I like too many games, comparing so many numbers, at too many outs, to spend anytime on the phone.

Negative Publicity hurts any book, but this MAY BE a slight exception. For me it will depend on how their excuse sounds when I read it. Not just apoligy--but explanation that "sounds good".

Slow pay would hurt them or any book MUCH worse. For each one that leaves for site being down -2 more may join up. These are some smart business people. But--I want to hear a clear reason on website, before I personally make a decision. I like the book and one bad play, does not a season make.

Don't get me wrong I like Carib and would prefer staying with them. It's just these down times are very annoying. They have never done anything else to warrant my leaving them and they have responded to all of my concerns in the past in a very timely fashion. Hopefully they have a convincing reason why this won't be a continuing problem.
