Totals move rapidly during the beginning of college basketball, hence the 500 dollar limit...I have moved lines on a 50 dollar play and left them alone on a 20,000 play...depends who plays them...by the way, as soon as Walters found out about his clerk betting his plays early for 50 bucks, those plays rapidly came to a halt....talk about free info to the books for a lousy 50..........
