How much do you take fatigue into account today?

I saw the post above about the team that played a quadruple OT last night, and I think that makes sense to consider. The more subtle fatigue factor in conference tournament week is when one team has played one less game than the other. I tend to think that factor becomes more important with each game--probably not much when it's 2 games vs. 1, a little more when it's 3 games vs. 2, and maybe a significant difference when it's four games vs. 3. Obviously how many players get minutes in the earlier games makes a difference. Duke is one of the teams playing their fourth game against a team that is playing only its third. Beyond that matchup, please share any thoughts you have about how much the fatigue factor matters.

I'm tired. The damn games start before I can possibly finish handicapping. The oddsmakers fuck it up even worse by witholding the openers until late AM. Then to top it all off they want me to wind my fucking clock ahead on the last day of the tournaments. Yeah I'm fatigued!

Players can average an 8-20 lb weight loss during the seasons depending on their body size during the course od a 30 plus game schedule; Throw in a dash of the flu and a mid=winter cold and you end up with a lot of beat-up, tired players. My answer.....drink a few beers (nightly)...on the sly if your coach doesn't go for that stuff.
