i think that if u r not making at least 10$ an hour in this industry u should change companies. most under paid their people. but they will always use the excuse that " for costariccan standards" its good. but what if u r use to living in the US all ur life. Entering parlays and straight bets into the system does not deserve $10 an hour...you are a joke my friend.

I don't care if you're a tico that's lived in the US his entire life....if you are working somewhere, YOU CHOSE to work there...nobody forced you. All it takes is some hard work to climb the corporate ladder.

I agree with the fact that no one should be subjected to a certain wage just because of their ethnicity, because it should always be based on experience and merit. But I also agree with the fact that clerks shouldn't be getting paid $10 and hour, that's crazy.. Unless under certain circumstances, like a clerk who handles very important clients. There's lots of people in the US that aren't even making 10 bucks and hour...
