How much did TV lose in revenue with the Cubs out?

I'm guessing the Cubs missing the World Series cost the TV network $20 million. Some TV executives are probably tying nooses for themselves as we speak.

Of course, sports books managers are sighing relief and toasting Champagne. They didn't want the Cubs in the Series.
