Just got 275 yesterday. My goal is 300. Hopefully over the next few months.

Guess I should give my height and weight too. 6'0 195

I think i have a genetically weak chest because I can only do 215-225lbs (my body weight) even though i've been lifting for a some while. It's pretty frustrating seeing these 145lb high school kids put up what i'm doing.

i weigh 215 and it's considerably less than that, maybe 180 if i'm juiced up that day.

Take some MetRx AMPED....That shit has me wanting to kill someone in the gym. Obviously if you are overweight and/or have heart problems I'd stay clear of it but if you are relatively healthy and less than 40 give it a try.

When I used to work out on a regular basis I benched 300 once.

Best for reps was 275 for 4 sets of 5.

Probably 160lbs now....lol. I had a 245lb one rep maximum 15 years ago when I weighed under 160lbs!

I used to bench with dumbells. I used to bench 280 (2 140 dumbells) for 3 sets of 10 reps. For whatever reason, benching with a barbell would cause serious shoulder issues and i could never bench as much with a barbell eventhough most could do more with a barbell.

Now i am back down to 220, but working my way back up.

I never tried to bench my absolute max for fear of reinjuring a labrum tear i had years ago.

I weigh in at 185.

Guys that can bench twice their own weight area

You couldn't look at 300 without breaking a sweat let alone LIFT it.
