A better description would be "locked in some sort of of profit AND/OR the prevention of any potential REAL loss".

Wouldn't go that far.........just simply a disciplined grinder.

to do what you do the right way , i would reckon one would need 10 to 15 outs with atleast $ 1000 at each place to scalp out some coin.. if not a few more outs than that with even more money available .

would also need a few grand ready to go at neteller .

No, each (or some) out having a lot more than $1,000 or $1,500. If you're scalping or middling you should be betting max.
