If I borrow it, I use it, and return it, ASAP. If , I need that tool, I buy it.
I know what you mean!! I had many guys who would ask for $5 or $10 bucks and since it's not a big amount they always forget, and it's ok, 5-10 bucks really don't hurt but after 25 friends do the same then it starts hurting

One gambling debt from a home blackjack/poker game for $24k, knew by the look in his face at the end of the night he was a big talker and didn't have the $. Offered to settle since he was a long time friend, we agreed on $6k, this was 8 months ago, haven't seen him since....

No, but I know of the that place. Right hood, just more to the east ( 1900 East block, if I recall, much nearer Eastern Ave.
Attached to Odyssey Pizza, near the Blue Angel. It was called..."The Bank Club", when I was there. That bar changes names a lot, rough place !
I enjoyed my time there, it was a interesting year !

There are some places on Fremont that are great for some of the seedier activities that East fremont has to offer.
