Yes, the beds were good too. MGM is good place, kinda made GN look like El Cortez, not trying to be ungracious about free room at GN, but no comparison between the 2 places.

Thanks again to guy that posted that deal !

MGM is nice, but you do have to be in marathon shape if you get the wrong room. It's not for everybody, there is such a thing as TOO big.

No shit man ! Those hallways look a 1/4 mile long. I thought I was looking at a mirror at the end of the hallway !

I totally agree, even though I had the best sleep ever, it took us 20 mins to get to our rooms and everytime I left the room, I got lost. Our friends stayed at the Luxor, same deal. We all decided that GN was best for what we were comfy with and that they'd get our business next year.

I agree. I like downtown better overall, wish the rooms and that rate were there. It's a long 4.5 miles from Trop to Fremont st. You can't walk it, cabs are expensive, bus slow, driving a pain !

The one at the nugget worked fine, but a bit pricey at 12 bucks/day

I got my Internet connection comped. When I checked out I expected to be charged for it since I didn't give a credit card upon check-in. When I went to check out the clerk said I owed nothing.

EXACTLY!

I enjoyed the Nugget, it's been a while since I've been Downtown

I'm in Vegas 4 -5 times a year usually at Belagio or Mandalay.

I stayed Thur night in the West Wing. I believe it is only the West Wing that have free porn, big comfy beds, and the retro look.

It was awesome!
