your first words are the key.........if you like your job and your co-workers..it is all good.........in 20-30 years that is what matters because they( and your job) are in your life more than home dinner tv and sleepI love my job and people I work with .. just sick and tired of the BS and never ending broken promises. Company talks a good game, but goals/expectations are unrealistic & set so high, that any chance of making more money is a pipe dream.

good luck....it will happenTrue..thats why Ive been doin it for 14 years. At the end of the day it comes down to money, and the hours I put it. Doing more, better results numbers than others yet people still make more than you.
Ahhh well ... looking for things to change in the new year.
I love the people I work with and I used to love the work. But now I'm getting to hate the work I do (I've done it for over 20 years) and I think it's because of the politics. With me, I have the experience but my boss gets to make the decisions. Oftentimes the decisions aren't the best way to do things but I have to listen to him tell me what to do.
It's time for a break after this job is done in a month or two.
Kornholio I admit I went a little overboard. I was in a mood of rage last night. 15 men that I work with are getting laid off. I work with most of them for 15 years.
The sad part is I can get away with that almost every night I work.
When I go into the locker room an 1hour into the shift there are always 6 guys smoking pot and drinking tall boys
Its always been that way for years.
