was sent up the river...literally!!(fishkill)...in my early 20's won't say what fer, but was given 5 years...did 32 months....don't regret what i did...but i still have flashbacks and nightmares every now and then...won't say i have been a model citizen since, but have never been arrested or in trouble again...call it 'scared strait'...if u will....

i was at kansas state university, a few weeks before i turned 21. we had our spring football game, i was totally destroyed before getting to the stadium, had about 8 gatorare and vodkas in me (32 ozs) plus a few liquor bangs. I make it through the 1st qtr of the game before telling my friends to fuck off im walking home (about 2+ miles from the stadium to my fraternity on foot). i start walking home (im blacked out drunk), now the way home i have to go through a residential neighborhood (non college students). apparently on my way home i run into a pick up truck parked in the street and decide its a good idea to crawl into the back of the bed and steal their plastic gas can. well the owner of the house was standing in the driveway as i crawled into the back of the truck and steal his gas can. He approaches me and asks me what Im doing. I tell him to fuck off and continue on down the road, saying the can is mine. I end up calling my roomate at the time to come pick me up off the street, as my roomate pulls up, the guy writes down his license plate number. I dive into the back of the car and end up landing on a pint glass slicing my arm open. I wake up later that night in my room with the gas can and think nothing of it. about 2 days later the cops show up at my fraternity and the gas can is still sitting in my room. i get a summons to appear at court. now i go talk to the kstate lawyer and she tells me ill probably just get a fine since ive never been in trouble before. Well the cock sucking lawyer requests 30 days of jail, a drug/alcohol class, and a $300 fine. The judge ends up giving me me $300 fine, 2 days jail (28 suspended), and an alcohol/drug class. so now my ass has to go to jail, I figure ill just play it off as cool when i get there and not say what i did, as there are some hard motherfuckers in there. Im not in my prision pod but 5 mins (prision room is like a giant common room with 20 little pods off it with beds, no bars on ur room, so anyone could attack u at a given time if they wanted), and i hear this black guy yell out, hey its the gas can kid. I guess one of the blackguys who was in court for his case, found it espically funny how fucked over i got at court for stealing an empty gas can, and told everyone else in jail about me

Been arrested 3 times and spent a couple of hours locked up each time waiting for the bail bondsman. The last time was about 10 years ago. I was trying to get rid of a couple of tickets at Fenway Park on a Sunday afternoon. The seats were in section 4, which are so bad noone wanted them. I'm asking face and the undercover cop pulls me up and decides to arrest me.
While we're waiting for the cruiser he asks if I've been arrested before. I tell him once in 1985. I got pulled over for no plate light and blow a 0.07. They arrest me anyway. He says ".07, why didn't they just let you go?" I replied, "because they were about as reasonable as you."

Came pretty close these past few months. Got caught buying 3.5. liters of vodka and a case of Miller Lite for my almost 21 year old friends. Officer was nice enough to not make me spend the night in jail. Ended up having my penalty reduced to a less serious misdemeanor. $200 fine and a year on unsupervised probation.
