He needs atleast two to catch Hank, but is he really that close to being done ? Has he even peaked yet? It may depend more on his motivation and if he gets his ring.... Bonds looks nowhere near done! Barring injury he is a lock to reach 800 home runs, I think he has 4 Barry Bonds type seasons left in him...

No player at his age has ever performed like he`s still in his prime like Barry has...So what is in that paper lunch bag Barry carries around?

Hopefully he will get to swing the bat at some point in these playoffs...

Where would a book put the over/under on Barry 800 homers?

At least 2 to break the record I would think. How many more years are on his current deal?

Only thing could stop him(and its only a slight possibility) is injury or steroid-related reactions which is the same thing.
He could play until he's 45 or 46 in AL with DH and play at least 2 or 3 more productive seasons in NL.

He keeps himself in very good shape, he could easily play 5 more years but one big injury could ened it tomorrow. If I had to guess, I would say he plays 3 more years and breaks the HR record!

IMHO, he will be remembered as the greatest player to ever play the game!

Chances are he will become a DH with the Angels. That is what he himself is saying.
