After a bit of digging Ohio2004 looked OK to me.
Only large scale collusion between polling station officials could have swung it there, this event has an insignificant risk.
Only Floridas electronic system remains a risk, but the swing to Bush seems pretty real and across the board.

I would like to see a paper audit trail system before the next election.
If it had been really close, like the last time, there could have been trubble IMO.
