How Many Bad People?

What % of people in this world are "bad" people? Child molesters, serial killers etc. (please dont include Winona Ryder shop lifters etc in your count)

I once heard Bill O'Reilly say 80% of people are good. That of course leaves 20% bad. 20% bad! I don't know how he arrived at this #, but if he is right, that is pretty darn scary.

You guys have a guess as to % of bad people?

Depends on where you are i think.Growing up in Ny i would say maybe 60% have good intentions while down here in Nc i would say more like 80%. Now if you just did a percentage on my wifes family i would say 1% good (my nieces rabbit muffy).

In Nebraska it is a high percentage of good people. Very friendly peaceful state for the most part.

If I asked a girl out and she said no, how about I go back an hour later and kidnap her, take her to my place and rape her, then tell her she is going to marry me? Is that bad? In some Muslim countries that is merely taking what you deserve. Some guy on the news did just that and the court said no law was broken.
