I saw this post hours ago and had been thinking the same thing for games... 4 K's tonight. If they feel compelled to play him he needed to be dropped very deep in the line-up.

he's gotta play but in the 4 spot would do the team wonders i'd think. You got John Jay today, he is a lead off man.

they dont have a lead off man, not til they use Jay or someone else
the guy isnt metally right in that spot....
cubs are always seemingly coming back.
