Some books that even advertise here take 24 hours, so dont worry! You have not even waited long enough to post yet. Maybe after 12 hours is a good time to call them and ask.

I asked this same question about 2 weeks ago, but only about 18 hours had elapsed

Lobster:

If the book is really busy an couple of hours should be enough.

If it chronically takes longer, switch books.

If the book has sent the cash, they are in your NETeller account immediately.

If the money is not in your NETeller account, the book has not sent the money.

MadCapper not sure if you've seen this on NetTeller's site but....

Day/Time Requested Day/Time Available
Mon by 6pm ET (Eastern Time) Fri by 6pm ET
Tues by 6pm ET Next Mon by 6pm ET
Wed by 6pm ET Next Tues by 6pm ET
Thur by 6pm ET Next Wed by 6pm ET
Fri by 6pm ET Next Thur by 6pm ET
Fri after 6pm ET, Sat and Sun Next Fri by 6pm ET

The format sucks but basically if you requested the transaction AFTER 6pm on the 3rd then you should expect your $$ by 6pm tomorrow. If you requested the deposit prior to 6pm on the 3rd you should have your $$ by 6pm tonight?

Have you seen this information?

Madcapper-

Neteller is not a great option if you need to deposit regularly and do NOT want to pay fees. Another downside is the fact that there is a record of a transaction between the book, Neteller, and your bank account. Unfortunately, I think Neteller would bend over for the US gov't if it came knocking with the Canadian authorities looking for customer lists. However, you could have a check sent to get around the issue of records between the book, Neteller and your bank.

Despite those suboptimal features, I think the service is decent. When I need to make a deposit, I usually withdraw to Neteller from another book and deposit to the second book after the withdrawl is processed. Have you considered that "deposit" option? How frequently do you need to deposit using your bank account?

But why would someone use it to deposit money into a book? It takes so long for it to actually get into your account. Obviously if the account is already funded, its great. But if its empty....?

Put differently.....

1) In the case where one book has a number that you want, a deposit bonus, or you are looking for a new out - If you have an account(s) funded at other books you can request a withdrawal at that book which will go to Neteller which will then give you $$ in your Neteller account which you can then send to a different book.

2) If you lose frequently, withdraw to zero in your accounts at various books, gamble impulsively, have outs that process Neteller withdrawals slowly, etc. then I agree and going from your bank to Neteller to the book is PAINFULLY slow if you do not want to incur a fee.

3) There is a process called InstaCash (or something like that) which will give you credit to your EFT immediately but charge a sizable fee. There are a few books that will cover this fee.

Frankly, I think Neteller has a ton of weaknesses, including the amount of tie it takes for an EFT, but given the other options in the space its pretty good.

I emailed the book and they sent me a emial of somebody elses Neteller transactions. I told them "that's not me"...now what??

I'm not going to name the book because they are solid and I know this is just s misunderstanding.
