How is the movie theatre on the strip in Las Vegas?

Will be in Las Vegas next weekend and want to see the new Star Wars movie while I am there. Is the movie theatre on the strip a nice one? Thanks.

You should go to the Orleans or the Palms if you want a movie in Vegas near the strip. The one that you are talking about next to the MGM isn't as good as those and there will be HUGE crowds.

How far is that from Imperial Palace? Do they have stadium theatre seating?

The UA Showcase 8 (No stadium seating)is on the strip just north and adjacent to the MGM so from the IP it's a mile down the strip. The Orleans is on Trop near Decatur and the Palms is across from the RIO on Flamingo which from the IP you just take a cab to the West side of I-15 about a mile and a half down Flamingo from the Imperial Palace.

Either catch the shuttle from Harrah's to Rio next door, or walk to Barbary Coast and catch shuttle to either Orleans or Gold Coast.

Shuttles are free and will save you cab expense and they run non-stop.
The Palms is across the street from Gold Coast and a block away from Rio.
