There must be 20 threads all talking about roughly the same things: the worst customer service alive, many slow pays, and soft lines which some people can't say no to. Here is some info from SBR and 911.

The Khanawake Gaming commission in Montreal fed up with Sports Interaction and complaints filing in about them according to reports.

12/22 SportsInteraction (SBR rating F+) Two new fresh scam complaints received today. SIA appears content with their spiral down to scam-book status

I requested a payout from them on monday and it hit my account wednesday

I pulled out because of all the negative reviews, but I hadn't won much money there...

I might be putting money back into my account just for the better lines on the dogs.

I would suggest just sending enough for 2-3 bets there. Keep your account low to take advantage of the juicy lines. Never keep money in there that you are afraid to lose.

With that said, I have never had a problem getting a payout from them. Usually processed within 24 hours via Neteller.

If you are a dog player they may consider you a scammer or an alter ego of a scammer. Remember the fact that you are not a scammer doesn't matter -- it's what they think that counts. Big risk here.

If on the other hand you like favs or play a good mix with a decent number favs then they will probably not give you any problems.

if you like books to honour your bets at the odds you placed them then SIA is NOT the place for you.

If you are okay being paid up at 8 to 1 when you bet at 32 to 1, or having your 100 to 1 bet voided when the general line changes to 10 to 1 a month later, then SIGN UP NOW.

If you are okay dealing with criminals then SIGN UP NOW.

If you are okay with a book which never answers any of your queries, however important they may be, SIGN UP NOW.

Otherwise, DO NOT TOUCH WITH TEN FOOT BARGE POLE and train your ears to be oblivious to the words "juicy dog lines".
