Ha ha. What a joke. On two of my deposits with them in the recent past they gave me junk names. They gave me a Bonus Play in the 1st instance. In the 2nd instance they said "eat the fees" and "that's your problem".... although they didn't put it in those words, o/c.

Well, request a payout with them and on the first attempt they give me a junk transaction. Went all the way to Magical Goodness and they said nothing in system.... check Goodness online and it says it doesn't even exist. Ha ha. LMFAO!!!!
Note: With another book I've been getting paid at a 50% higher amount and they fire those off quick as a whistle and not one problem --- EVER!!!!
Heritage has now wasted my time on 3 recent occasions with these transactions. An absolute joke. And the person on chat yesterday took about 16 minutes to answer 3 minutes of questions after getting the information wrong to my questions. Maybe she was new, so this can be understandable.
I did speak with a nice woman on the phone tonight and she was very polite and said they'll get this corrected.... but, really, this is a ridiculous joke. Funny how I've got about maybe 30 recent transactions in the past and the other 27 were flawless.... but with Heritage it's a ridiculous joke.
I don't fault the employees. Good will and effort on their side, but they seriously need to fix some things. I don't know if they're saving money on some trashcan processor company.... but this is ridiculous.
Vent complete. Employees okay .. but the process or their processing partners... please fix that.
Note: I was kind and respectful with the employees as I always am. But I take issue with the way things are getting done. Let's clean this up a bit, guys. You can do better.
