It is the huge public "brand" factor, OSU is perceived as the same team they were last year and the year before, but they are "not". After bowing out Oklahoma 45-24 everyone assumed they were... now they are 0-4 ATS recently.

This game has major RLM on it. About 80% of the bets on Nebraska, and yet the line moving from 14.5 to 18. I want to take Ohio State for that reason, but the original poster has a point…the Buckeyes just don't look that good at this point. 18, forget about it.

The line does look a little bit high, my PR # shows OSU -15, but they have failed to cover 4 games in a row while their offense has struggled somewhat scoring only 24 against NW and 21 versus Penn St. Still though a night game in prime time on ABC @ the Shoe is not an ideal spot to fade em imo.
