Agreed Dante. Until this week, I gave my favorite book very low marks for answering emails. This week they did answer them in a timely manner. (A couple of hours-lol).
Still the best my a country mile for the small palyer like me.
It's important to me. If I don't get an answer for 12 hours or don't get one at all, I get the feeling the book is asleep at the wheel.
I also like email because then your question is answered in black and white. Some un-intelligble clerk can give you wrong info on the phone sometimes. It pays to be careful, IMHO.

I had a problem at WSEX about a ungraded horse wager....it took almost 20 hours to get the ticket graded and then it took another 20 to get my email answered with "We don't know why it took that long??" Phone calls are usually the fastest IF you get a clerk you can understand so I depend on email replies as my primary contact between me and my book.
WSEX is still on the clock from a email I sent last night...lol It took longer than that to get a reply about the email I got. The email said they offered the "best teaser and parlay odds in the world" I informed them that they did NOT because ABC had better odds on their 2-team 7pt teasers. "we will check into what ABC offers" is the reply I finally got. Bodog and Bowmans are the best so far. CARIB is in another world because of their "memo" system.
