How important is instinct in handicapping?

Many of you don't know what instinct really is. Don't confuse increased knowledge of how to cap a game with instinct. Instinct has bankrupted more bettors than it has helped, by a longshot.

Very good thread. I realized years ago that I likely won or lost the same amount of times when I put three days of work into a pick or three minutes of thought into it. A good example is when halftime lines come out. They throw the numbers up and you do not have much time to think about it. Instinct is huge. It has to be there no matter how much other work is done leading you to make a certain play.

Insync fell apart after Justin left. I think a reunion tour would be great and... oh sorry you said 'instinct' not 'insync' my bad.

Post of the day. Capping is so overrated. Get a great number and you will win more than you lose. My buddy tries to get me to explain to him how I am doing this and I tell it is not worth it as I can explain it but he has to be the one to pull the trigger. Instinct is the reason the more I think about it.
